I'm hugely passionate about people-centered design. My aim in life to help solve problems and design empathetic experiences. I love analysing the world around us and understanding how people behave. I use this research to inform overall strategy and guide the design process.

I adopt a design thinking approach to create products and services that have a positive impact and better outcomes for those who consume them. Doing right for the people in an ethical and usable way.

But hey, this is a business game, right? I know the importance of creating value for businesses. I help tie it all together. Great experiences and better business outcomes.

I have over 20 years experience in the private and public sector. I've been in charge of and built user experience teams. I've worked with companies such Orange, EE, Goal, and NHS Digital.
